Do I need a GMRS license?
GMRS operation may require an FCC license depending on how and where you use the radio. Be sure to follow current FCC rules and regulations.
What channels are the radios programmed for?
Filthy Radios are programmed with standard GMRS channels and Rugged Radios compatible channels.
Does the Standard Kit include an antenna?
No. The Standard Kit includes the radio and hand microphone. An external antenna is required.
What comes with the Pro Kit?
The Pro Kit includes the Filthy Radio, hand microphone, external antenna and external speaker.
Are the radios ready to use when they arrive?
Yes. The radios arrive pre-programmed with the listed channel setup. You will still need to properly install and connect the radio and antenna.
Do you offer free shipping?
